  • First wave published natively to LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts on a set calendar — native clips reach 10–20× further than a link.
  • Association target list built; outreach drafted.
Phase 2 · Days 31–60

Amplification

  • Paid discovery campaigns launched and managed on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram — targeted by job title, industry, and interest. Real people, precisely aimed.
  • Association outreach on your behalf: NAHB, NAWIC, PWB, state HBAs and others — we make the introductions and pitch the talk for newsletters and member channels.
  • Podcast pitching, to build permanent referral sources.
  • Continuous clip publishing, with a weekly read on what’s landing.
Phase 3 · Days 61–90

Scale What Works

  • Budget and effort concentrated behind the two or three clips that outperform — this is how talks break out.
  • Second ad wave against the winning creative and audiences.
  • Full 90-day report with recommendations for what comes next.

One keynote booking pays for the entire quarter. We start ad spend modestly and scale in Phase 3 behind whatever is already proving itself, rather than committing budget on assumptions.

Scope Notes — In Plain Terms

TikTok. We will produce your clips TikTok-ready, but our media team cannot operate that platform directly from where they are based. Posting there would sit with you or someone on your team. Every other channel we run end to end.
Association placements. Our role is to connect and pitch — and your relationships there are a genuine advantage. If any association offers paid placement (sponsored newsletter, paid feature), that cost is yours to approve and pay directly. We will never commit you to anything without your sign-off.
Ad spend. Held in your own accounts and paid by you directly to YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. We manage the campaigns; you retain full ownership and visibility of every dollar.

What We Need From You

An Honest Expectation

A million views is possible. But it is the outcome of one clip breaking through — not something anyone can promise on a timeline, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.

What we can commit to is real audience growth among the people who book keynotes. And it is worth remembering what the views are for: 50,000 views among home builders, association executives, and HR leaders will book more keynotes than 500,000 views from nowhere.

The right 50,000 beats a vanity million.
